Amazing and prompt service. My husband said "THAT is how customer service should be!" We were very impressed with Trevor's respect for us and what we needed done. We had a car hauler modified and they were able to get it done within 2 days. Quality work!!!! Our trailer looks awesome and better yet- is now perfect for what we needed. 3 days after getting picking it up, we took it on a 1000 mile trip with no problems at all. We are proud of our modified trailer and unbelievably pleased with WTS. Would highly recommend!!! No need to look anywhere else!!

I was SO LUCKY to have found Trevor Mays and his family owned Waterloo Trailer Sales and service center. My 25 tandem axle trailer had a severely bent front axle and was not able to be moved. I called several trailer companies in the OKC metro and no one EXCEPT Trevor Mays offered to drive out to my home. He arrived as scheduled, accessed the damage, ordered the parts and fixed my axle, exactly matching the other tandem axle. Their pricing was Very Fair, however, if their pricing was higher I would gladly pay for the privilege of the experience and care they provided to myself and my family.

As of tomorrow, I will be a repeat customer! Trevor is doing some custom work to my trailer. Anyone in need of a custom trailer should call Waterloo Trailer Sales and ask to speak directly with Trevor.
