Good experience doesn’t begin to cover it. I needed some basic maintenance done on my trailer before a big trip. Called around and was quoted 1.5-2 weeks minimum to just look at my brakes and bearings. Not here. Trevor quoted me a day over the phone (and could get it in this week) and then after clarifying what exactly I needed when I dropped it off, revised the quote to noon the next day. Wasn’t sure if that was realistic based on the other quotes I got… Sure enough, at 11:53am, done. The entire experience was respectful, on time, reasonably priced, and quality work. I would highly recommend coming here for your trailer needs! I had a heavy-haul semi-trailer with a flip axle, and I couldn't find anyone in the Edmond/Guthrie area who had a pin that large. I needed to get my equipment moved quickly, so I sent Trevor the measurements, and he had one made by the time I arrived! They also have a great selection of trailer lights at good prices. This place is top notch. I had 2 problems with my trailer in a matter of 3 days. First was suspension broked .they changed all of them in less than hour .i went back to work 9 am .second time the hinge broke on  the gate he fixed it in 5 minutes at no charge. Trevor is the best. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Waterloo Trailer Sales. When you find yourself in one of the worst situations you can imagine, this is the place you can trust to get things fixed and done right. Really incredible service and work by this place. We needed a couple of leaf springs replaced ASAP on our food truck and this place got us in same day. They were so awesome to work with and they helped us out of a tremendous jam with unmatched performance! I highly recommend anyone who needs trailer work to go here.
